Toolbar Button
Spawn a dialog box to perform a text replace for the pane currently in focus.
Dialog Box Options
Find what
Enter text to search for.
Replace with
Enter text to replace the found text with.
Match case
Find only text having the given pattern of uppercase and lowercase letters.
Match whole word only
Find only occurrences of the text as a whole word.
Regular Expression
In text file comparison panes, you can use regular
expressions to specify a search string.
Wrap search
Continue searching after reaching the top or the bottom.
Replace In
Specify whether you wish to replace text in the whole file or only in the current selection.
Find Next
Find the next occurrence of the search string.
Replace
Replace the currently selected string that matches the Find What text with the text
specified in the Replace With box. If nothing is selected, or if the current
selection does not match the Find What text, this button works like the Find Next
button.
Replace All
Replace all strings that match the Find What text with the text specified
in the Replace With box.
Cancel
Close the dialog.
