Add Block from Second File to First

Copy the current difference from the second to the first file, keeping the difference in the second file. Note that this operation is only enabled if the status of the difference is CHANGED, and is disabled if the files are out-of-sync due to manual addition or deletion of lines in either file, or if editing is disabled for any other reason.
